Inspired by her husband's Mexican heritage and the resilience of artist Frida Kahlo, Sandy created a restaurant where authentic Mexican cuisine, hospitality, and community come together around one table. Today, Chef Israel Sanchez carries that vision forward in the kitchen, honoring traditional Mexican flavors while crafting dishes that feel both vibrant and deeply rooted in culture.
